2. Safeguards
Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement that limits them to our instructions, requires confidentiality, and obliges them to assist with data subject requests and breach notification. Where personal data of individuals in the EEA or the United Kingdom leaves those regions, the transfer relies on the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful mechanism offered by that provider.
3. Changes to this list
We keep this page current. If we add or replace a subprocessor that handles personal data, we update this page before the change takes effect and, where the change is material, notify confirmed waitlist members by email so they can object.
