Returns and Delivery

We sell access to an API and prepaid credits that are consumed by generation requests. No physical product is manufactured, packaged or shipped at any point, so no shipping address, courier, tracking number or physical return is involved.

• Credits are added to your balance immediately after a successful payment, typically within seconds.
• Your API key is available in your account dashboard as soon as the purchase completes.
• A receipt is emailed to the address on the account.
• If credits do not appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it manually or refund the payment in full.

Because nothing physical changes hands, a return takes the form of a refund of unused credits rather than a shipment back to us. The conditions, the 14 day cooling off period and the request process are set out in our Refund Policy.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content supplied immediately, that right can be lost once supply begins with your express consent. We apply a more generous position: unused credits remain refundable throughout the 14 day window regardless.
