Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a purchase, provided the credits from that purchase have not been used. This applies to every customer worldwide, not only to consumers in the European Union and United Kingdom who hold this right by law.

• If some credits from a purchase have been consumed, the consumed portion is not refundable because the generation was already executed and paid for at the provider.
• Where required by consumer law, we refund the pro rata value of the unused credits from that purchase within the 14 day window.
• After 14 days, unused credits remain available in your balance but are not refundable as cash.

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Credits deducted for a request that failed on our side and returned no usable output.
• A confirmed billing error on our part.
• Any remaining balance if we discontinue the service.

• Credits consumed by successful generations, including outputs you did not find satisfactory. Generative models are probabilistic and subjective quality is not a defect.
• Charges on an account suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.
• Chargebacks raised without first contacting us, which we will contest with usage records.

Email hello@aiapiharbor.com with the subject "Refund request", the email address on the account and the date and amount of the payment. No form, no phone queue. You can also reach us instantly through the live chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and approve or decline within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to post the amount. We do not charge a processing fee for refunds.

Refunds are issued in the original currency of the payment. Currency conversion differences and fees applied by your bank are outside our control. Where taxes were charged, the refund includes the tax component proportionate to the amount refunded.
